Nice full circle postmark with January 21 date in red.  Powerful three-page letter from daughter to mother. Daughter is very religious and the tone is carried through the letter.  In discussing a recent death she says "He is in the relm of bliss and you and I are not far behind him. I hope we may live in such manner as to be permitted to go and dwell with our dear Christian friends that have gone before us..." She provides interesting insights: "I am sorry to hear your hearing is not improved. You are in solitude in the midst of company and a companion could not be much comforet to you, only to look at." Letter is in very good condition with no rips or tears...not even where the seal was broken.
